What is an Affiliated Property?
Kim and Ron own 10 rental homes in Cape May, and created Beaches End Properties of Cape May starting with our first property in 2000. As a Realtor, Kim has helped many of our tenants buy properties of their own over the years, including 1361D Illinois Ave. While we don't own this one, we are confident that buyers Sonja and Jen will offer a great rental experience.
